Quite frankly, I think they’re all snarky, arrogant douches, but for some reason, Flagg’s douchiness is more palatable for me. There’s no question Altman is a hustler and busts his butt - my comment is based solely on his personality, not his work ethic.

YES! I’m not sure it even qualifies as humble bragging though! lol!
The episode where he’s speaking to his staff in their new office location, I believe, irked me. He had just closed a huge deal ($587,000 commission), and made a point of handing out $1000 to each employee. I respect employers who have gratitude, and reward/incentivize, but this felt like it was done for the cameras. It just felt gross.

Flagg might be a spoiled douche but he is loyal to his friends.
Plus while on the laid back, slightly lazy side, he does not rip of the competition.
Altman has questionable ethics, imo.

it can't be that bad because she just announced that she will be the one opening their new office in Scottsdale! :lol: she didn't look like someone on the verge of tears when she announced it. ya'll are falling for her drama - she is loving it as much as Josh does. and she could say no - hire someone else to do it just like she was suggesting Josh needs to learn to do. Josh is going worldwide and heather will be right there beside him next year when the new season starts. can't believe it's already over!

Are they really expanding out of the states? They are so provincial. And you are so right, it is not real.

Now, now. Flagg does have many positive attributes but he is undeniably spoiled and bratty.
The way he treated his grandmother was very touching but she also spent a lot of time instilling core values.
I remember when they went to Europe and she was scolding him about hunger. He was very lucky to have such a woman in his life.
His mother is also an accomplished philanthropist. This to me is the difference between the two Joshes.
The other one is so common and nouveau riche, he comes across as too eager.
OTOH it is what he likes as he sees money and work as his main core values.
JA oozes sleaze. It is what it is.

Altman gives ambulance chaser vibes.
Tracy seems to work hard, we know she comes from wealth.
Josh has a very “take it or leave it” attitude. I think his clients trust him and he’s not just getting listings for the sake of saying “500 million in listings” yeah, but what about sales.

I've grown to really like Tracy, she seems real (well, except for the PS) and fun. The 2 guys are ok--they perform for the show and I like some of the awful/crazy casual outfits Altman wore this season.

The over-the-top houses they show oddly just make me love my little 3 bed ranch more--I can be comfy on my sofa with my pups, those houses--nope. That being said--I hope they come back with more.
