I have some makeup on my togo leather gold birkin. It bumped against my face when I was holding it and was in a rush to get out of the car. How do I clean it? Its a small spot from my foundation.

Normally My GOYARD SA recommended this to clean the bags. I am also using it on Birkin Togo too but not sure for foundation

leave it alone
you need to ask in Hermes and be very specific about what is on your bag
This! As for specifics, take note of what sort of base the foundation uses (i.e., oil, silicone, or water). This information can be found in the ingredient list for the foundation. A similarly formulated liquid solution will be the best way to remove the spot.

As suggested, would bring your bag into H. The craftsman will know what to do as the last thing you
would want to do is to make it worse & then have to deal with that as well, JMO

Ok I don’t think it’s makeup . Maybe it’s just normal or dry ? But it looks different than the other side ? At the seams? Maybe it’s just me not sure

I do see what you are referring to— have you tried just wiping a dry, clean cloth over the spot first? Does it smear or stay put? If it smears, definitely take it to Hermès. If it stays put, perhaps it isn’t a foundation spot at all (maybe just an effect of the light or a dry spot, as you mentioned).
